Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) in engineering discipline.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 8 years experience in procurement area.
2. Excellent in Database and procurement system.
3. Holding PSCM is an advantage.
4. Having analytical and strategic thinking skill.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skill.

Responsibilities:
1. Define strategic procurement plan.
2. Review and analyze strategic procurement.
3. Managing vendors or suppliers.
4. Review and ensure current price are competitive within the market.
5. Control and analyze asset and inventory report.
6. Actively participate and attending product / material exhibition to understand the technical aspect, alternative product, and current market price.
7. Provide weekly procurement status report.
8. Actively participate in reviewing current procedure for continually improvement process.
9. Monitor Final Procurement Report for project closing.
10. Consistently with procurement business ethics and take ownership of every single deal for company benefit.
11. Prepare action plan to close any NCR release to procurement team.
12. Liaise with Project Finance Manager about outstanding payment status.

HSE SUPERINTENDENT ( EAST KALIMANTAN BASED)
Education: Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in OHS.

Requirements:

1. Male
2. Minimum 8 years of experiences in HSE in Mining industry.
3. Certified in OSHA
4. Able to work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations.
5. Fluent in English, strong computer literacy, good personal skill and able to motivate people.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify hazards and risks during the planning, operation and completion phase of work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
2. Develop and monitor project HSE policies and regulations including distribution of any changes and amendments, and any new legislation in order to ensure compliance with government HSE regulations.
3. Coordinate and optimize Job Safety Analyses, HAZID, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities throughout the section, in order to enhance safety response and awareness among project personnel.
4. Perform routine scheduled Inspections and audits in the projects and monitor rehabilitation program to ensure safety initiatives are perform.
5. Coordinate and monitor Health and Safety Management Plans, Environmental Management Plans and Emergency Response Procedures in the project to ensure all plans and procedures are conforming to current project situations.
6. Ensure representation in the preparation of Safety Manuals and Employee HSE Handbooks and that these are available when required by projects.
7. Assist in the preparation and start-up of all new projects including subcontractor HSE assessment to ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled.
8. Lead by example and have a proactive approach to all safety and environmental related issues.

MINING ENGINEER
Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining Engineering.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experiences in mining industry.
2. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
3. Computer literate
4. Willing to be located in company project sites in remote areas
5. Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and analyze project performance data related to productivity, cost & safety utilizing PT Petrosea standard systems
2. Contribute to the development of the short term detailed mine execution plans to integrate with the mining operations (utilizing Surpac mine planning software)
3. Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements
4. Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary
5. Review client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented
6. Prepare data for the progress claim report to be reviewed by the Engineering Superintendent
7. Collect data related to subcontractor performance and prepare summary reports required for the project
8. Work in conjunction with site survey team to analyze progress surveys and haul profile surveys
9. Coaching and mentoring of graduate mining engineers, mining engineers and technical assistants
10. Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages

SUMMARY:

Ø Over all site admin excluding Licences
Ø Finance and Accounting Admin, excluding financial report

Responsibilities:

· Book/Post all transaction of; cash, banks, account payable, account receivable, debit note BAUER.
· Make payment adjustment journal and book/post:

- Prepayment of rental office/house, insurance and others
- Fixed asset depreciation
- PPh 21
- Jamsostek
- Interests
- Work in progress
- Consumables from stock

· Check all transaction which are already posted (the code, the journal)
· Make statement of account for BAUER.
· Reconcile of PPh 26 payable and prepaid PPh 26 with tax
· Reconcile of VAT on Purchase and sale with tax
· Reconcile of income with tax
· Reconcile of income with tax
· Reconcile of PPh 23, psl 4 (2), 21, payable with tax
· Reconcile of prepaid PPh 22 & 25 with tax
· Make summary of project cost
· Supporting audit matters
· Salary and wages calculation as well as PPh 21.

Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree from Accounting
· Experience as Project Accounting min 5 years, preferable in construction.

Terms of offer:
